As far back as I can remember I have always had a passion for the earth and its wild inhabitants. With a love for plants and animals, I studied Conservation and Land Management at RMIT in 2011 and came away with a Diploma.
I currently work as an Environmental Assistant with a private bush regeneration company and I enjoy working with a team of people who all have similar interests.
I have also volunteered at the Royal Melbourne Zoo, working with native animals as well as some of the larger exotics like the seals.
I have a particular interest in dogs though, which is why I started working with Point Cook Dog Training. I find dog behaviour, their interactions, the skills dogs can learn and their sheer intelligence to be fascinating and I come away with more knowledge after every class.
I have been assisting Chiara since late 2012, learning all there is to know about puppy classes and marvel at how much of a difference we can make at such an early age.
At the moment, I have a middle aged Kelpie cross named Sadie who has been reasonably easy to work with and getting to the retiring phase and I also have two ferrets which are excellent loose leash walkers too!
I look forward to working closely with you and your pup and help you achieve wonderful results so that everyone is happy and behaviour becomes reliable.
